Ingredients

1 3/4 C Cheese, Mozzarella, Part Skim, Kroger (shredded)
1/2 C Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Garlic powder
salt to taste
Tips
You can use the same dough to wrap around hot dogs or sausage (precooked) to make pigs in the blankets.
Directions
1. Preheat. oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Put the shredded cheese and cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute. Stir and then microwave for another 30 seconds. Adjust to your microwave. Or you can melt it all in a saucepan.
3. Add egg, salt, garlic powder (or whatever seasoning you like), and almond meal; mix gently.
4. Line a pizza pan (circular or rectangle) with parchment paper. Roll, the dough out into the shape you want between parchment paper. Make sure you do it thinly.
5. Make fork holes in the crust to help insure even cooking. Bake for 13 minutes (check periodically, you may have to poke another hole), flip the pizza and then bake for another minute or two.
6. Top as desire and put back in oven for 5 minutes.
