This is my version of a tasty, nutritious Smoothie. It's packed with Essential Vitamins, Minerals, Protein,and low on Saturated Fats. A great and easy way to have Breakfast. It takes less than 10 min. to make. I hope you enjoy this as I do. This is my version of a tasty, nutritious Smoothie. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 large (8" to 8-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.5 cup 1% Low-fat Milk
    1 cup Ice (made with purified water) any size or amount
    2 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
    0.5 cup Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt

Tips

Although this Smoothie contains 17 grams of Total Fat, it can be made Low-fat by substituting or omitting the Peanut Butter.


Directions

In a Blender, add Ice, Yogurt, Milk, and Peanut Butter. Blend on low/puree until all ingredients are blended and has a frothy top. Pour into glass and enjoy!!!
