Ingredients

    42 oz Angus beef shoulder roast (by CAR227)
    16 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    6 serving peppercini (by POMEGRANATE)

Tips

If the meat I bought has a bunch of fat on it, I will let it cook and when I tear it up in the pot, I'll remove the fat. Make sure to tear the meat about 6 hours into the cooking and let it cook another while once it's shredded.


Directions

Put meat in crock pot with 2 cups of water, 1 cup of vinegar, 1/3 jar of peppercinis and the juice. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasonings. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
