Ingredients

    12 oz Pasta, Lasagna Noodles
    6 serving Sauce, Pasta Sauce, Ragu Chunky Garden Style, Tomato, Basil and Italian Cheese
    2 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    1.5 cup Cheese, Mozzarella Cheese, Fat/Free, Shredded Kraft
    8 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    1 cup Spinach, frozen
    Italian herbs

Tips

Allow to cool, then cut into 12 servings. Reheat when ready to eat. Serve with Caesar salad and garlic toast.


Directions

Cook pasta as directed and drain. While pasta is cooking, cook spinach in microwave and drain. Mix spinach with ricotta cheese. Spread small amount of pasta sauce in bottom of lasagna pan. Place three lasagna noodles on the sauce. Pour sauce over the noodles and spread to cover. Spread half the ricotta-spinach mixture. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheeses and sprinkle Italian seasoning on top. Repeat with another layer of noodles, sauce, cheeses and herbs. Top with final layer of noodles, sauce, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, and herbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
