Ingredients

    3 serving Bell Pepper Green Large (by MIANTROY) 1/2-inch dice
    7 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes (2 14.5 oz. cans)
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw (about 2 medium)
    12 oz pork, ground
    1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked
    5 cup Chicken Broth, Nature's Place Organic Low Sodium (by VSMEDILE)
    1 tsp salt (or to taste)
    1 tsp ground black pepper (or to taste)
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic salt

Tips

Can be made in a slow cooker or on the stove top.


Directions

Brown ground meat and onions. Drain and add to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, except rice. Cook on high for 3 hours. Add rice and cook for another hour.
