Introduction
No sugar, nuts, oats or wheat. No sugar, nuts, oats or wheat.Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
0.5 cup Coconut Chips - dehydrated Wilderness Family Naturals
2 serving Coconut Flour, Let's Do...Organic (2 Tbsp)
2 tbsp Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil
Directions
Mix together ingredients in food processor to desired consistency. Less mixing will leave larger pieces of coconut.
Cook in glass pyrex pie dish in 275 degree F oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
Leave to cool and store in airtight container.
This can be used for a fruit crumble but the fruit should be fully cooked beforehand then the topping can be sprinkled on top and just warmed up at the last minute. Higher temps that the fruit needs to cook, can make this topping become too dark.
This is ideal for anyone who is unable to eat wheat, oats, nuts or sugar.
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 6 servings
