    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp chopped garlic
    1 tbsp oregano
    2 Bistro Sensations Habanero Chicken Sausages or chicken/turkey sausage of your choice - sliced thin
    4 ounce chopped fresh tomato
    1 can Muir Glen Organic Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
    1 can Great Northern Beans, rinsed well
    1 cup organic low sodium chicken broth
    12 large pitted black olives, sliced
    8 ounces Kale, washed and chopped
    1 cup of water


Heat up olive oil, add onions, garlic and sausage. Saute until onions begin to soften and slightly brown. Add kale, diced tomatoes, chopped fresh tomato, oregano, beans, broth and water. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Makes 6 1-cup servings.
