Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch Dry Mix
    1 can black beans (undrained)
    1 can Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1 can corn (undrained)
    1 block Neufchatel or light cream cheese

Tips

I rarely use any canned vegetables and the amount of sodium in this recipe is very high, but this is a super easy way to get dinner on the table for a busy weeknight so it sort of counts as an indulgence.


Directions

Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Found on Facebook.
