Ingredients

    0.50 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream
    2 cup Milk, nonfat
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 clove Garlic
    0.50 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.10 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    2 cup Vegetable Broth
    1 serving 1 Yukon Gold Potato
    6 oz Trident Smoked Sockeye Salmon
    0.75 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen

Directions

Sauté onions, garlic and celer in olive oil. Add diced potato, season with salt and pepper. Add broth and 2 Tbsp tomato paste, simmer till potatoes are tender. Toss in rinsed corn. Add milk and salmon. Bring up to temp but don't boil. Add cream. Serve hot and enjoy!
