Introduction

A lighter version of a yummy brunch staple. Made for myself, but you may enjoy it also. Less than 300 calories for 1/4 of the whole pie. If cut into 8 servings it is less than 150 calories! Ingredients

    1.5 oz Dungeness Crab
    9 oz cooked medium shrimp (Daily Chef)
    1 serving Jens Seafood Veggie Lasagna Florentine
    1 cup Better 'n' Eggs egg substitute
    1 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 medium Mushrooms, fresh
    28 gram (1/4) Bell Pepper - Orange
    2 serving Ham Baked Picnic
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    2 clove Garlic
    .5 cup Cheese, Sargento Reduced Fat Mozzarella, Shredded
    0.25 cup Milk, 1%
    1 tsp Tobasco, green sauce
    0.25 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Tips

A yummy brunch dish. More veggies and different seafoods can be added to your taste or pantry supplies available.


Directions

Spray deep dish pie crust or quiche pan with non stick cooking spray. Lightly chop crab meat and shrimp. Add old bay seasoning and finely chopped onion. layer it in the bottom of the pie dish. Puree 1 piece of veggie lasagna with 1 Tbs of milk and layer it on top of the seafood. In food processor chop mushrooms, spinach and garlic. Add egg substitute, the rest of the milk, salt to taste, green tobasco sauce and pepper. Pour over the other layers in the pie plate. Top with ham and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it rest for at least 1/2 an hour before cutting. Cut into four pieces and enjoy.
