    Very Good
    Very good. I modified slightly from an Atkins recipe I found almost identical to this - making it more like a "flatbread". Actually used with another Atkins recipe for a Reuben casserole that used the bread cubed for a slight hint of "rye" bread feel in recipe. - 3/18/16
