Ingredients

    2 tsp Jerky Blend Seasoning
    20 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    1.5 tsp Curing Salt
    2 fl oz Water, tap (to activate curing salt)

Tips

You can mix match flavors to achieve what you like best.


Directions

Combine ground beef, jerky seasoning, curing salt, water. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. before using mix well again. Using jerky gun make strips about 4 inches long and dehydrate in food dehydrator approved for drying meats for approximately 7 hours or until done. Rotate trays every 2 hours and blot any excess oil from top of meat. When done blot again before storage. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
