Ingredients

    2 cup Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added
    4 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    6 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1.5 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    1 tsp Garlic
    .5 tsp Ginger Root
    300 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    .33 tbsp Argo Cornstarch
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar

Tips

This is easy to prepare and freeze in portion size containers and add which ever meat you are wanting. Can be served over rice.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together except cornstarch. Cook until tender about 30 minutes. Mix cornstarch with a small amount of cold water and add to hot mixture. Cook about 3 more minutes or until slightly thickened.
