6 cup Beans, chili Cattle Drive Gold (by LEEFER2)
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
5.334 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 cup Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix (just mix)
Directions
3 cans (15 oz each) your favorite style chili

Cornbread:
1 package Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup shredded Mexican Cheddar blend cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Filling: Spoon chili into a 12-inch oven-safe skillet or 13x9x2-inch pan. Set aside.
Cornbread: Place Krusteaz Gluten Free Honey Cornbread Mix, water, oil, egg and cheese in a medium bowl; stir until well blended. Spoon cornbread batter over chili in large spoonfuls.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
