Ingredients

    8 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh
    1.5 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 cup Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup
    3 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon
    4 serving Biquick Biscuits- heart healthy bisquick (by NOT2OLD2BYOUNG)

Directions

Cook chicken for about in 30 minutes in enough water to cover the chicken. Take the chicken out and add in the soups and the dry bouillon. Remove the skin and bones from the chicken, shred, then add it back into the soup mixture. Cook for about 10 minutes. While that's cooking, mix the 4 servings of biscuit mix and enough water to make a dough. Bring soup to a boil and drop biscuit mix by teaspoons into soup. Cook for about 10 minutes.
