Ingredients

    1.33 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    1 fl oz Water, tap
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Raspberries
    0.3 gram Nevelia Stevia To Go Liquid Sweetener (1 squirt) (by PETTYINFO)

Directions

Mix almond flour (meal), egg and water together in a microwave- safe bowl. Microwave on high about 25 seconds. Scrape edges of bowl moving the cooked part towards the center of the bowl. Add the berries. Microwave an additional 30 seconds if fresh fruit is used. If frozen, microwave 45 seconds. Stir and eat.

Times are based on an 1100W microwave.
