Ingredients

    1/8 of a cup of crumbled blue cheese
    1 strip of bacon cooked crumbled
    1 ounce of grilled chicken breast cut into chunks
    1/8 cup of salad or Ditalini pasta
    1/8 cup of tomato chopped
    1/8 cup of scalions chopped
    Salad mix (with lettuce and cabbage) chopped.

Directions

Chop all ingredients. Mix together in a big bowl.
serve with Girards Red Bell Pepper Fat Free dressing (An extra 40 calories). Or and dressing of your choice
