Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black olives, sliced
    1 can black beans
    1 can sweet corn
    1 can green chilis
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix16 oz Ground beef, lean
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium)
    1.5 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    1 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1 cup Beans, black
    1 cup Green Chili Peppers, canned
    6 serving 1/6 Box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix (Prepared w egg and milk)

Directions

Brown ground beef, adding raw vegetables to soften, remove fat. Add taco seasoning, following package directions. Mix in canned tomatoes, green chilis, olives, corn and black beans. Spread mixture in bottom of large pan or casserole dish. Mix cornbread according to package directions. Place in spoonfuls over the top of the meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cornbread begins to brown. Cut into squares and serve.
