Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 cups kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh (or about 1/2 large bag of fresh kale)
    2 cups baby carrots
    1 celery chopped
    1 cup, chopped Onions
    1 cup diced Parsnips
    1 cup diced baby red potatoes
    2 cup Green Beans cut to small pieces
    1 T Chicken boullion
    1 T minced garlic
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp black pepper


Directions

Add all cut/chopped veggies to large pot. Add enough water to cover . Add garlic, boullion and other spices and boil for about an hour. Add more water as needed.
You can substitute vegetable base or broth for chicken broth to make this a vegetarian dish.

    Incredible!
    I made this thinking it would be awful. BOY was I surprises. It is great. Couldn't find parsnips any where otherwise made it as recipe said. Was really surprised. It is delicious. Will make it over & over again. Give it a try. Is great. - 7/21/17
