Ingredients

    1-2lb Roast
    1 tsp Chili Powder
    2 cups BBQ sauce
    Hamburger Rolls

Directions

Ensure that the roast is not frozen. Place the roast in the CrockPot and turn it on low- DO NOT ADD WATER JUST THE ROAST AT THIS TIME. Cook on low for about 6-71/2 hours. Turning the roast occasionally. When the roast starts to fall apart with very little effort, pull it apart as much as possible....best to use wooden utensils. Cook like that for about 20 more min like that. Then add the Chili powder to taste stir then add he BBQ sause till all the meat is coated well. Turn the CrockPot to high and let that cook for an additional 30 min, stirring occasionally.

Serve on Hamburger buns. Serving size is one bun and aprox a 1/4 cup of meat. Buns can be toasted first to add another flavor.

This is a great Sunday dinner meal. It takes all day long to cook but very little time prepare. A favorite for parents and kids a like.
