    0.25 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw separated
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar ; 1 c for meringue crust; .5 cup for custard
    8 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream

Tips

Bake crust 275* for 20 m; 300* for 40m. Chill. Make filling stir constantly. Cool Filling, Make whipped cream. Spread 1/2 whip cream on crust, top with cooled lemon custard and top with remaining cream. Prepare 12-24 hours in advance
