Ingredients

    8.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
    0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    2.0 cloves Garlic
    1.0 tbsp Parsley
    40.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    6.0 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil
    0.5 cup Private Selection Panko Italian Bread Crumbs

Directions

Combine first 5 ingredients ( only a half cup of the sauce ) and form into meatballs. Place on a cookie sheet with raised edges. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 Pour one jar of the sauce into a cast iron skillet then place the meatballs on top. Pour the other jar on top and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Bake for thirty minutes at 350 . Remove and garnish with finely chopped parsley. Serving Size: Makes 10 servings
