Ingredients

    0.5 cup Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry)
    .5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    .5 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    .25 serving Syntha-6 Protein Powder

Tips

Best to refrigerate overnight (8 hours or more), possible to eat after 4 hours. Either eat cold, or heat in microwave after you take the lid off


Directions

put dry ingredients in mason jar, add strawberries, cover in milk (or water to save calories), seal and refrigerate overnight
