Ingredients

1.5 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
1.5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1.0 cup Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins)
0.25 cup, shredded Coconut, raw
4 tsp Coconut Oil
0.25 cup Almond Butter
4.0 serving Stevia in the Raw
0.25 tsp Salt
1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix oatmeal, sunflower seeds, cranberries and coconut in a bowl. In a sauce pan on medium heat add coconut oil, almond butter , stevia, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Simmer for a few minutes until thickened. Pour over dry mixture and stir until very well combined. Scoop mixture into a brownie pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Cut the bars and store them in the fridge or freezer.
