Ingredients

    7 serving FISH-pink salmon 1 can=7 servings (Northern Catch) (by ANIA0422)
3 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
    .12 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 tsp Dill weed, dried
3 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
0.25 tsp black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground (by CHUCKLES0719)

Tips

Make sure you keep mixing until egg is fully incorporated. May need to mix as you scoop. Letting them cool helps hold them together. Use whatever spices you like. Old Bay would be very good too. Could also use spinach in place of green onions.

Directions

Preheat oven 350
Drain salmon and pick out any skin, leave bones
Beat 3 eggs well
Slice green onions very thinly including green tops
Mix well together in bowl with spices and lemon juice.
Scoop using 1/4 cup measuring cup into muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 30 mins or until light brown on top.
Cool completely. Can be frozen and reheated.
