Number of Servings: 12


    2 cups flour
    1 cup sugar
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 tblsp butter
    1 egg
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 tblsp grated orange peel
    Boiling Water
    1 cup blueberries


Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease 9x5" laof pan.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder & baking soda.
Blend in softened butter, stir in egg.
Add enough boiling water to the OJ & orange peel to measure 1 cup and still into flour minxture.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 60 minutes.

You can add walnuts to this recipe. I prefer it w/o
