Introduction

Ingredients

    10.0 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    260.0 gram(s) Bob's Red Mill - Chia seeds - 1Tbsp=13g
    10.0 tbsp Coconut, shredded sweetened
    1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.2 cup Milk - Skim (Non Fat)
    1.0 tbsp Honey
    0.5 cup *Great Value Red Raspberries Frozen

Directions

Mix all ingredients and put in a sealed container in the fridge. Take half a cup and mix about half a cup of hot water with half a cup of any frozen berries. Adding honey is optional. Leave fir 3-5 minutes and add your milk. Almond, soy or Coconut us up to you. Enjiy. This makes 4 servings but the best part is making it individual serving.
