    14 oz Lightlife ground sausage style veggie protein
    .5 cups of flour
    4 cups of milk - 1%

Directions

Fry sausage in pan. Add flour and mix well. Then gradually add milk and keep stirring til mixed well and it thickens. Add pepper to taste.
