I love this in the morning.... totally energizes my day!!

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh/frozen strawberries
    1 medium to large size banana
    1 scoop rice protein powder
    1 tbsp ground flax
    1 tbsp flax seed oil
    3-4 packets of splenda sweetener
    1 cup water (more or less depnding on how thick you want it)

Directions

combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth!!

drink up and enjoy!!
