Ingredients

2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
1.0 tsp Salt
4.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
1.5 tsp Baking Soda
16.0 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
12.0 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1.0 serving Maple Syrup - Maple Grove Farms Pure Maple Syrup (1/4 cup)
24.0 tsp coconut sugar
2.0 tbsp coconut flour
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees f. Cream butter, sugar and maple syrup. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients a liitle at a time except chocolate chips. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop dough on sheet by tsp full.
Bake for 9-12 minutes, until golden. For stiffer cookies, bake at longer time.
