Ingredients

    3 tbsp Cumin seed
    4 tsp Onion powder
    3 chicken breasts
    4.50 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1.5 cups water
    2 cans Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    1.50 cup Beans, black
    14 oz. Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added
    3 Tbsp cream cheese
    30 oz Enchilada Sauce

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Shred chicken before serving.

Serving Size: Makes 17.75 servings (1 serving = 1 cup)
