Ingredients

3 cup, chopped Broccoli, fresh
1 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw
4 cup, shredded Cabbage, savoy, fresh
1 cup penko, crumbs, JFC (by LEATHERB)
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk
.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tbsp Ground tumeric (by SUPERSNAZZ)
.5 tbsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
2 serving (Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray (by MS_MAYZEE)
Tips
I use Chipotle Chili also in breadcrumbs. Freezes well
Directions
Pre Heat Oven 400
Steam or Boil Veg for 5 minutes, drain.
Spray large Baking Dish with Oil, put Veg in bottom and mix it up.
Sprinkle grated Mozza over top then sprinkle Parm next.
Mix Breadcrumbs with spices and Sprinkle over top to cover all Veg.
Put on Middle shelf in Oven for 18 to 20 min. check half way .
