this is a power house powder with no added sugar or honey. If you want to make bars you can add melted ghee and press it on a greased baking sheets and cut it into bars. Ingredients

1 cup Quaker Oatmeal-- Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
.25 cup, packed Raisins
.25 cup Pumpkin seeds
.25 cup, pitted, chopped Dates
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
.25 cup, whole Almonds
.25 cup, halves and whole Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added)
1 tsp Butter - Ghee (by DOTSLADY)
Directions
Toast the oats in a skillet. Toast the almonds, cashews also after oats in the same skillet. When done switch off the heat and add the sesame seeds to the skillet. The heat from the skillet and nuts is enough for toasting the sesame seeds.
Now Pulse the nuts, raisins and dates in a blender. You just want to chop them. Then add everything else and pulse again till oats are coarse.
