Introduction

Dinner Salad with a little southwest flare Dinner Salad with a little southwest flare
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

4 Cups of Premade Romaine Salad (ie Dole)
    1 Avocado
2 Ears of Fresh Sweet Corn, cooked and cut off the cobb
6 oz Tyson Precooked Grilled Chicken Strips
1/4 of a cucumber, sliced or diced
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
4 tbsp Garlic Ginger Wonton Strips
1/2 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Precook the corn (I usually buy extra corn on the cob and cook it during the week, then make this salad another night). I use the precooked chicken, so you can eat it cold, you can heat it up if you like. Cut up all the avocado, pepper and cucumber. Put all the ingredients in a large zip lock bag with the dressing of your choice (2 bags if you want different dressing) and shake it. It mixes all the ingredients together and coats the avocado all over all the ingredients and makes it creamy. Put into 2 bowls and serve.
