Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cup Beans, black
    1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    1 clove Garlic
    1 tbsp chopped olives
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 dash Salt
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw

Tips

Brown slowly and let them cook on medium low heat to cook out the wetness then turn and brown on other side.


Directions

Mix all together and saute in a hot iron skillet with one tablespoon of olive oil. Saute until brown on both sides.
