Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    4 tsp Taco seasoning
    1/2 cup bisquick
1 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar)
    2 large eggs
    1 cup skim milk (nonfat)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400, spray a 9 inch pie pan/plate with cooking spray. (I usually just skip spraying)

1. Brown ground beef, drain fat. Add 4 tsp of taco seasoning, you can add a 1/4 of water and let simmer to evaporate alittle.
2. Mix bisquick, eggs, milk together in a small bowl.
3. Pour beef into baking dish and sprinkle with 3/4 cheese.
4. Pour in the bisquick mix and sprinkle top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted to center comes out clean. Cut into 6 slices.

Enjoy!
