Ingredients

    3 lb Potatoes, peeled, diced, boiled, and drained
    1.67 cup Chef's Cupboard Beef Broth 99% Fat Free
    0.25 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
    0.5 tsp Pepper, black
    32 oz Ground beef, lean
    3 cups chopped Onions
    2 large Celery stalks, chopped
    4 cloves Garlic, crushed
    1 lb fresh Mushrooms, chopped
    2 packages (10 oz ea) frozen Mixed Vegetables
    0.25 cup Flour, white
    2 cups Fat Free beef broth
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    2 tsp Worcester Sauce
    1 tsp dried Rosemary
    1 tsp dried Thyme
    1.5 tsp black Pepper
    1 tsp Paprika

Directions

Mash potatoes with beef broth, yogurt, and pepper. Brown beef; drain well and add onion, celery, garlic, and mushrooms, sauteing until vegetables and soft. Add mixed vegetables, flour, remaining broth, tomato paste, worcester sauce, rosemary, thyme, and pepper. Simmer 10 min. Divide meat mixture between 2 - 9X13 pans; top with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with paprika, and bake at 400°F 20-25 min. Place under broiler 2 min to brown.
