Ingredients

6 tbsp Almond Flour
1 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
2 tbsp Cream Cheese
1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 tsp Old El Paso Taco Seasoning
2 cup Cheese: Mexican Style Blend/4 Cheeses (Kroger)
12 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
8 tbsp Sauce - Pace Original Picante Sauce - Mild
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
Directions
Brown 12 oz of Ground beef, seasoning with desired spices or seasonings. Drain and set aside.
Preheat the Oven to 425 degrees
To make the crust:
Melt the butter and cream cheese and combine into mixture with almond flour, flaxseed, egg, and taco seasoning. Add in 1 cup of shredded cheese and form dough. Place dough between two pieces of parchment paper onto cookie sheet and use rolling pen until crust is about 1/2 cm thick. Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes or until crust is browned.
Remove crust, top with 1/2 cup picante sauce and spread thin across the crust. Add ground beef, top with remaining cheese. Add any favorite toppings and place back in oven and cook until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
Top with your favorite toppings such as tomatoes and sour cream.
Makes four servings.
