1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
1 cup, sliced Zucchini
1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (SPICE) (by CURVES_N_CURLS)
1 tbsp dried garlic (by DKASTNER0550)
10 dash Pepper, black
.25 cup Crushed Tomato Sprouts Natural (13 serv/28oz can) (by WOLFKITTY)
Tips
Very versitile. Use Whatever veggies/meats you have on hand.
I always cook my veggies first to release the water
Also good with a pie crust, or a layer of thinly slice potatoes as the crust
Directions
dice veggies, saute in olive oil to release the liquids
put veggies in greased pie pan
beat eggs and spices
pour into pan with veggies
bake@375 for 40-45min
or until set in the center
