Introduction

This is a quick and easy vegetarian meal made in a crockpot. This is a quick and easy vegetarian meal made in a crockpot.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can Corn (drain off the liquid)
    1 15 oz. can of Kidney Beans
    1 15 oz. can Black Beans
    1 15 oz. can Pinto Beans
    1 14.5 oz. can of Stewed Tomatoes or Diced Tomatoes
    1 15 oz. can Tomato Sauce
    1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix

    You can use Garbonzo beans in place of one of the other beans. You can mix and match beans if you desire different ones.

Directions

Makes 6 1 1/2 cup servings.

Pour all ingredients including liquid from the beans, into a crockpot and cook on low all day. You can cook it for less time, but it doesn't hurt it to cook all day if you need it to.
