Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Philadelphia Light cream cheese (31g)
    0.5 tsp Cream Of Tartar
    1.0 serving Stevia in the Raw
    150.0 gram(s) Egg - Egg Land's Best Organic Eggs (1 egg = 50 grams)

Directions

Separate eggs. Whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Combine cream cheese, egg yolks and stevia until smooth. Fold egg mixtures carefully together. Avoid using platinum in the process - use metal or wood. Scoop 5-6 piles onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Put in preheated 350 degree oven and bake until lightly browned, about 20 minutes. Serving Size: 1 piece
