Ingredients

    4 tbsp Cocoa Powder
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 cup Water, tap
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    a dash of Sea Salt
    1 block (1/4 serving) *Lindt Excellance 70% Cocoa bar

Tips

Each tablespoon only has 30 calories, but it could be lowered even more if you substituted stevia.


Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Add water and mix until smooth. Bring this mixture to a boil (add block of chocolate, broken up, as mixture heats). Allow it to boil for 1 minute, but watch to make sure it doesn't boil over. Remove from heat. When cool, stir in the vanilla.
