Introduction

This is a recipe from Everyday Food, which I modified a bit for what I had on hand. (original recipe called for anchovy paste). To serve - put rice noodles on a plate and top with grilled chicken and veggies (e.g., cucumbers, red peppers, carrots, bean sprouts), then ladle the dressing on top. Ingredients

    4 thinly sliced scallion whites
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. rice vinegar
    2 T. light brown sugar
    1 T. lime juice
    1 T. fish sauce
    1/2 t. red pepper flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Makes 4 servings.
