Bought a smoothie maker and decided this recipe was what I'd try first. It looked safe for a diabetic (~18 gr. carbs) and was hearty tasting, due to the PB. Ingredients

    27 gram(s) Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop)
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    8 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Chocolate
    1 serving water - ice cube (1) (by CORLISSTRIEDIT)
    2.5 gram(s) Cocoa, Dark Chocolate (Hershey's) | 1 Tbsp. (5g) (by NEWJULIEA)
    1 tbsp Adams 100% Natural Peanut Butter - Crunchy

Tips

You may need to add a bit of Stevia or other sweetener. It wasn't very sweet.


Directions

Mix everything together in a blender. Blend until smooth.
