Ingredients

    6 serving Great Value Turkey Sausage Patty
    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw (beaten)
    2 tbsp Great Value 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
    2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw (chopped fine)
    2 Tbsps bell pepper, red, sweet, raw chopped
    1/4 cup, chopped Jalapeno Peppers (optional)

Tips

Please note jalapenos should be adjusted for personal preference, my peppers were very mild but yours may note be, please adjust as necessary


Directions

Spray a large non stick 6 Slot Muffin tin with cooking spray... chop sausage and place the equivalent of 1 sausage in each tin, add other ingredients together and place about 1/3 cup of mixture in each tin Bake at 350 degree about 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned and inside is done.


Serving Size: Makes 6 extra large muffins
