Ingredients

    4.0 cup fresh cauliflour
    4.0 oz fat free cream cheese
    8.0 tbsp fat free sour cream
    1.0 tbsp 4c parmesean
    1.0 cup mild cheddar cheese

Directions

Prehat oven to 350. Prepare and boill cauliflour till tender but not overly done. Drain well and mash leaving some chunks. Mix in cream cheese,sour cream,chives,and parmesean. Spread in casserole dish. Sprikle with cheese and bake for 30-35 min.
