Ingredients

    0.5 cup Soy Sauce
    6.0 tbsp Agave | Wholesome Sweeteners | Organic Blue Agave
    6.0 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    4.0 tsp Garlic
    3.0 tsp Ginger Root
    0.5 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    24.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, center rib (chops), boneless, separable lean only, cooked, braised
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    24.0 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
    0.15 cup Corn Starch
    2.0 1tsp Sesame Oil
    4.0 medium (4-1/8" long) Scallions, raw

Directions

Put pork, soy, agave, vinegar, garlic, ginger, red pepper and onion into the crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hours. Remove pork. Shred. Chop scallions. Mix with shredded pork. Heap teaspoon full into wonton. Seal. Pan fry. Make sauce by adding oil, cornstarch to the drippings in crock pot. Stir until thick. Serve warm.
