Ingredients

    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Leavening agents, baking powder, low-sodium
    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill - Organic Whole Ground Flax Seed Meal
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 1tsp Coconut Oil (melted)
    1 serving Stevia in the Raw
    dash of salt (if desired)
    *You can also add a tbsp. of coca for added flavor!

Tips

Be sure to mix dry ingredients well before adding the egg and melted coconut oil. Microwave on high for 50 sec.


Directions

Mix ingredients dry ingredients in a coffee mug using a fork
add egg and coconut oil
mix well
microwave for 50 sec
turn mug over, muffin should fall out
slice and add some real butter
