Ingredients

    1/2 cup shorting or 7 1/4 oil
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1 cup mashed bannans
    1 teaspoon baking soda dusolved in 1/4 cup of warm water
    2 tablespoons of baking powder
    2 cups of flour
    salt

    Mix and pour in to muffin pans bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes
