Introduction

pasta bake, which is very filling and very quick to make, and can be made with any other vegetable you have left in your fridge pasta bake, which is very filling and very quick to make, and can be made with any other vegetable you have left in your fridge
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 red/white onion
    1 can of chopped tomatoes
    1 cude of vegetable stock
    half a can of red kidney beans
    1 can of tuna
    5 table spoons of boiling water

Directions

First heat up a frying pan, with a small bit of oil, well that is heating up chop up the onion into small pieces, and add to the pan.
Well that is frying at a little temp, boil the water for the veg stock cude, once its boiled add the five table spoons of boilin water to the onions and then the stock, and stir until its dissolved.
Next add the can of tuna, chopped tomatoes, and stir and leave to boil on a low temp.
While that is simmering, boil the pasta, to pack direactions.
Once the pastas ready, sieve and add to the sauce mix, and stir well, when pour into bowls or baking tray and cover lightly with grated cheese, and grill for 2 minutes.
and if you wanta add something extra, add 2 tablespoons of hendersons(from sheffield)
